The Freedom$oft Aftermath

The Secret To Success With or Without It

Freedom$oft came.

It saw.

And it crushed.

It’s only been a few weeks, and we have already been inundated with
emails and calls from users who have finally done their first deal with
Freedom$oft.

3 people have just received their first referral checks from the loan
mod outsourcing feature.

Several have sold their houses through the property syndication
wizard.

As we are setting people financially free, one-by-one, I’ve been forced to get really honest with myself, look in the mirror, and say “How in the world did Stick Boy make a dime in real estate?  Cuz he’s an idiot.”

Now I can say this because I’m friends with Stick Boy, and he truly is
mentally handicapped.  He’ll tell you right to your face maybe.

But seriously … couple his lack of any and all skills that might lead to
success in real estate along with not having Freedom$oft when he
first started
, and you really gotta scratch your head and wish you had
been there in the beginning to take the bets against him that anyone
who knew him would have gladly made.
________________________________________________________

Side Note To Stick:  Sorry dude.  I couldn’t think of anything else to
write about.  You know I love you (in spite of your many challenges).
________________________________________________________

I say all that to say this …

Even if you missed out on Freedom$oft, or couldn’t afford it or whatever,
you can still get rich buying and selling houses without spending a
dime
.  Stick Face is living proof.  And so am I in all honesty.  I’m
not the sanest person in the world after all.  There were 900 people in
my graduating class, and I was voted least likely to succeed or live past
20.  It’s really a miracle that I even know how to type this article
(confession:  I’m using 3 fingers.  Fast though.  I am lightning fast with
these three fingers).

Flipping houses, and getting rich in the process, does not require
intelligence.  It doesn’t require money.  It doesn’t require connections.
It doesn’t even require Freedom$oft (although that does make it a
heck of a lot easier and faster).  It requires only one thing …

Balls.

Another word for that might be “boldness.”

It requires the balls and boldness to get started.  Most people never
even really start because they are scared.

-       Scared of the unknown

-       Scared of the work involved

-       Scared of failure

-       Scared of Stick Boy’s hair (that is a legitimate fear)

-       Scared of the responsibility

-       Scared of __________________ (fill in the blank with your own personal fear.  Sissy.)

Yeah, they may act like they’re starting.  But they don’t honestly
commit themselves 100% to the process down in the depths of
their souls.  They’re fooling themselves subconsciously.

But what if you knew that you were not alone in all of this?  What if
you knew that you were virtually guaranteed success if you would
merely begin with definiteness of purpose?  Take that first step of
true faith?  The kind of faith where there is no looking back?

“Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation) there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans:  that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then providence moves too.  All sorts of things occur to help one that would not otherwise have occurred.  A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in ones favour all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance which no man would have dreamed would come his way.  I have learned a deep respect for one of Goethe’s couplets: “Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it.  Boldness has genius, magic, and power in it.  Begin it now.”

– W.H. Murray, The Scottish Himalayan Expedition

When I first got started in real estate, I didn’t know what I was doing.
I still barely know what I’m doing as a matter of fact.  The fact that
you’re following me is questionable wisdom on your part actually.  But
whatever.  Do what you want.

__________________________________________________________

Side Note:  No one knows what they’re doing.  The sooner you realize
that, the sooner you’ll be empowered to get out their and join all the
idiots who are getting rich merely because they have the BALLS to act
despite their ignorance.
__________________________________________________________

So despite me knowing nothing and feeling the fear that goes along
with that, I decided to commit myself 100% to success with real
estate, and I took the plunge.  And I got rich.

And you can too.

You can too because the same thing that happened to me will
happen to you.  All the resources, knowledge, money, partners,
mentors, and deals will start magically coming your way.  Because
you are not alone.  A force much greater than all this world could
possibly throw at you is at your side ready to give you everything
you could possibly want.

But this force will not do a dang thing for you until you exercise
faith, decide definitely to succeed, and get moving.  Actually it
will do something if you don’t, but you’re not going to like it.
You’re probably experiencing it right now.

This force is God, but we can save that for another day.  Why
does he help out saints and sinners alike in this manner?
Because he “causes his sun to shine on the just and on the
unjust.”  So take advantage of that while you can.  (It will only
last for not much longer, that much I can tell you with 100%
surety).

Get moving.  Now.  Decide once and for all to DEMAND success,
and then do something to make it inevitably happen.  Start
today.

Before hiring a virtual assistant from the Philippines, it is important that you make an initial investigation. This will help you know what to expect so you will be able to make adjustments when necessary. Make an initial investigation also means that you have better chances of making the comparison between different service providers in terms of turnover and the extent or coverage of service they offer.
